Youth Sacramental Formation
About Youth Sacramental Formation
St. Elizabeth Ann Seton parish is committed to assist parents in the evangelization and the ongoing formation of their children and teens through the reception of the sacraments of Baptism, Reconciliation, Eucharist and Confirmation. Programs are offered in conjunction with our Religious Education Program and are designed to open and prepare participant's hearts, minds, and souls for the reception of these sacraments.
For information regarding your children receiving any of these sacraments, contact Kim Conte, Director of Sacramental formation, at email@example.com or 432-0268, ext 117.
We welcome all children under the age of 18 who are seeking the Sacrament of Baptism. Those children who will be baptized and are older than age 7 will participate in a modified Rite of Christian Initiation of Adults (RCIA) process. (For infant baptism, contact Raeann Mullen at firstname.lastname@example.org)
