All families wishing to receive any source of tuition assistance for their students in grades K-8 are required to complete a confidential FACTS Grant & Aid application each year (no financial aid is available for preschool). Completing this application is the only requirement necessary and will verify how your family best qualifies for each source of tuition assistance. All tuition assistance applications for the 2023-2024 school year must be completed and submitted online, with 2022 tax return information, by May 15, 2023. Applications received after this date will be considered to the extent that funds remain available.

A Scholarship Granting Organization (SGO) is a state-approved organization that receives private donations from individuals or corporations for the purpose of giving scholarships to individual students who meet income eligibility requirements. An SGO awarded in a previous school year is a student eligibility track for a School Choice Scholarship. If a student’s family household income meets the income eligibility guidelines for the school year enrolling, a scholarship may be granted to the student from the school’s SGO program. The chart below lists the 2023-2024 school year income eligibility guidelines for both the SGO Program and the Indiana School Choice Scholarship Program.

Indiana's Choice Scholarship Program, commonly referred to as the voucher program, provides scholarships to eligible Indiana students to offset tuition costs at participating schools (Saint Elizabeth is a participating school). Students must satisfy both household income requirements and student eligibility criteria to qualify.
Household Income Requirements - Students of Hoosier families whose household income is 300% or less of the Federal Free or Reduced-Price Lunch (FRL) guidelines meet the household income eligibility requirements for the Indiana School Choice Scholarship Program. The income eligibility is based on the student’s family household size. The guideline limits are adjusted each school year for inflation. The chart below lists the 2023-2024 school year income eligibility guidelines for both the SGO Program and Indiana School Choice Scholarship Program.
Student Eligibility Criteria - Students must qualify under one of the eligibility tracks and meet the income eligibility requirements to be approved for a Choice Scholarship award. Specific details about each of the eligibility tracks are listed in the document link below.
